Eggyccino – for a breakfast full of energy

For a breakfast full of energy you should try this eggyccino. It is very easy to prepare and tastes like heaven. In Italy it is a common breakfast option (at home only) especially for weaker persons and young people who need extra energy for the day.

Pay attention: not recommended for people with high cholesterol levels

INGREDIENTS
1 egg super fresh(link to how to understand when an egg is fresh) and organic (you’ll have it uncooked)
1 cup of coffee (barleycoffe is fine too) / alternative for kids: milk and milk substitutes
1 teaspoon of honey (or your preferred sugar or natural sweetener)

 

 

FOOD WASTE REUSE / UPUSE / RECYCLE
1 eggshell
1 portion ground coffee

DIRECTIONS (5 min)

Eggyccino

Beat the egg until it become like foam.

Prepare your coffee and add the honey, stir until it’s melted.
Pour the eggfoam into your cup then add your coffee.

Enjoy your breakfast!
